(1988) Director M. Ed University of Exeter, United Kingdom. Former senior lecturer at the Sir Arthur Lewis Community College, Division of Teacher Education and Education Administration.

Founder member of the St. Lucia School of Music. President of the Association of Caribbean Music Educators (1999 - 2003). Founding and Musical Director of Bel Canto Choral Society; Co-director National Youth Choir. Pianist. Twice winner of M&C Fine Arts Awards for performing Arts (1986 and 1996) Former Chairman of the Board, Tapion Primary School and of Numerous Festival of Carols committees.Awarded the St. Lucia Medal of Merit (SLMM) Gold for long and meritorius service top music, on the 25th Anniversary of St. Lucia's Independence, 22 February 2004.  Board member, Cultural Development Foundation.
